تبحث شركة أفمكو للخدمات المساندة عن مندوب توصيل مؤهل للانضمام إلى فريقها. تشمل المسؤوليات الأساسية لهذا الدور استلام الطلبات من نقاط التوزيع وتوصيلها إلى العملاء في مواقعهم المحددة. يجب على المرشح التأكد من دقة الطلبات وتحصيل المدفوعات سواء نقدًا عند الاستلام أو عبر وسائل دفع أخرى. من الضروري الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية المحددة لضمان رضا العملاء، والتواصل معهم بشكل فعال للإجابة على استفساراتهم والتعامل مع أي شكاوى قد تطرأ.

يتعين على مندوب التوصيل اتباع إجراءات السلامة لضمان سلامة البضائع أثناء النقل. يجب أن يكون قادرًا على قيادة المركبات بمهارة وكفاءة، سواء كانت سيارات أو دراجات نارية، وامتلاك رخصة قيادة سارية تتناسب مع نوع المركبة المستخدمة. المهارات الأساسية تشمل القدرة على استخدام أنظمة تحديد المواقع (GPS) لضمان الوصول السريع والدقيق إلى المواقع المطلوبة، بالإضافة إلى مهارات إدارة الوقت والعمل تحت الضغط، خاصة خلال فترات الذروة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• رخصة قيادة سارية للمركبات المستخدمة في التوصيل.
• خبرة سابقة في مجال التوصيل أو خدمات العملاء.
• مهارات اتصال ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• معرفة جيدة بالطرق المحلية واستخدام أنظمة GPS.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الوقت بفعالية.

Afmco Support Services is seeking qualified Delivery Representatives to join our team. The primary responsibilities include picking up orders from distribution centers and delivering them to customers at designated locations. The candidate must ensure the accuracy of orders and collect payments, whether cash on delivery or through other payment methods. It is essential to adhere to delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain effective communication to address inquiries and handle any complaints.

The Delivery Representative is expected to follow safety protocols to ensure the safe transportation of goods. The candidate should possess skilled driving abilities, whether operating cars or motorcycles, with a valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle type. Essential skills include using GPS systems for quick and accurate navigation, time management, and working under pressure, especially during peak periods.

Qualifications:

• A valid driving license for the vehicles used in delivery.
• Previous experience in delivery or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Good knowledge of local routes and proficiency in using GPS.
