Company Overview

Support Services is a Saudi group based in Riyadh, operating and managing multiple in-house ERP systems built on the Frappe framework. We are expanding our internal support team with a junior-level technician to help maintain stability, security, and user productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Server & Domain Management: Operate and monitor Frappe/ERPNext servers and manage domain configurations and renewals.
2. Daily Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve user issues, incidents, and errors to keep operations running smoothly.
3. Internal Technical Support: Provide responsive helpdesk support to employees across group companies.
4. User & Permissions Administration: Create users, assign roles, and manage access rights to protect data.
5. ZATCA e-Invoicing Integration: Monitor and maintain compliance and resolve e-invoice integration issues.
6. Backups & Updates: Perform regular backups, verify restore points, and apply planned system updates.
7. Training & Onboarding: Train new users and prepare quick guides for common tasks.
8. Uptime & Billing Follow-up: Track hosting invoices and renewals to prevent downtime.
9. Security Hygiene: Apply basic cybersecurity practices and follow internal IT policies.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Frappe or ERPNext.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or relevant IT certifications) is preferred.
3. Basic knowledge of server administration, databases, and networking.
4. Practical problem-solving skills and clear communication with non-technical users.

يتعين على مندوب التوصيل اتباع إجراءات السلامة لضمان سلامة البضائع أثناء النقل. يجب أن يكون قادرًا على قيادة المركبات بمهارة وكفاءة، سواء كانت سيارات أو دراجات نارية، وامتلاك رخصة قيادة سارية تتناسب مع نوع المركبة المستخدمة. المهارات الأساسية تشمل القدرة على استخدام أنظمة تحديد المواقع (GPS) لضمان الوصول السريع والدقيق إلى المواقع المطلوبة، بالإضافة إلى مهارات إدارة الوقت والعمل تحت الضغط، خاصة خلال فترات الذروة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• رخصة قيادة سارية للمركبات المستخدمة في التوصيل.
• خبرة سابقة في مجال التوصيل أو خدمات العملاء.
• مهارات اتصال ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• معرفة جيدة بالطرق المحلية واستخدام أنظمة GPS.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الوقت بفعالية.

The primary responsibilities include picking up orders from distribution centers and delivering them to customers at designated locations. The candidate must ensure the accuracy of orders and collect payments, whether cash on delivery or through other payment methods. It is essential to adhere to delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain effective communication to address inquiries and handle any complaints.

The Delivery Representative is expected to follow safety protocols to ensure the safe transportation of goods. The candidate should possess skilled driving abilities, whether operating cars or motorcycles, with a valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle type. Essential skills include using GPS systems for quick and accurate navigation, time management, and working under pressure, especially during peak periods.

Qualifications:

• A valid driving license for the vehicles used in delivery.
• Previous experience in delivery or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Good knowledge of local routes and proficiency in using GPS.
